iET ITSM is a 3-tier application with extremely high flexibility.
Customers can build their own applications using a base modul and the included development platform.
The base modul consists of an application server with workflow engine, notification and escalation module, and a report engine.
Included into the base modul are user management, account management and some other base functionality.

iET ITSM has been certified by Glenfis, SERVIEW and PinkVerify™ as „ITIL®-aligned“ and complies to the standards of ISO/IEC 20000.
